Joseph Constanty is the Senior Director of Global Strategy & Growth at NIU Technologies. For over eight years, Joseph has played a key role in the company's growth and international reach, exploring opportunities to continue to build the billion-dollar micromobility business across 50+ countries.
Previously, Joseph served as Director of International - Europe & Americas and Director of Overseas Business Development at NIU. He has also co-founded and advised multiple startups, such as NextStep [F&B] Studio, Unbelievable Testing Laboratory, and Huanzhi Technologies Co., demonstrating his expertise in strategic development and international business.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Political Science and Government and Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. He furthered his education at Peking University, The University of Hong Kong and National Taiwan Normal University. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Arts in Sustainable Energy at Johns Hopkins SAIS and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship at Babson College, with both degrees expected to be completed in 2025.
