Julia Bernstein is a seasoned healthcare leader who currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Brightside Health, the most comprehensive telehealth platform specializing in treating more severe conditions. Before that, she was the Head of Operations and Strategy at Thirty Madison, where she oversaw 250+ people across customer experience, medical operations, and pharmacy. Prior to Thirty Madison, Julia held leadership roles in the behavioral health space at Tempest (acquired by Monument), Beacon Health Options (acquired by Elevance) and Ginger (now Headspace Health). Julia is also an active investor and advisor, and sits on the Board of CCX and Coral Care. She regularly speaks at events, including those hosted by Behavioral Health Business, Axios, and Behavioral Health Tech.
