Julia Briggs Parsons is the founder and CEO of Incredible Rising, the jewelry destination for women celebrating success milestones. The brand was born from Julia's personal experience. After achieving a major career milestone, Julia sought a meaningful piece of jewelry to commemorate it but was disappointed by her experience with the top luxury brands. She realized the luxury jewelry brands didn't understand the significance of such moments for women and worse, the industry was designed around men buying jewelry for women, not women buying jewelry for themselves. Inspired to change this, Julia left her corporate career, moved to Paris, and studied jewelry design at the Van Cleef School of Jewelry. A year later she launched her luxury jewelry brand, Incredible Rising, to empower women to celebrate their achievements. Where there once was none, there is now Incredible Rising, a female-founded luxury jewelry brand that understands the importance of these milestone moments for women and caters to them buying jewelry for themselves.
