Julie serves as Cariloop’s Chief Growth Officer overseeing a team of sales, customer success, marketing and brand professionals. She is responsible for Cariloop’s growth strategy, ultimately driving customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, retention and sustainable growth for Cariloop, allowing Cariloop to reach the broadest set of caregivers possible.

Julie’s career of over 25 years began in Human Resources, followed by employee benefits brokerage at Mercer. From there, she spent over a decade in executive leadership roles at three start-up companies within the benefit technology space - HighRoads, Maxwell Health and Alight. Julie came to Cariloop with 25+ years experience and an extensive background in employer sales, customer success, channel distribution and strategic partnerships within this ecosystem.

Julie lives in Hingham, Massachusetts, with her husband and family. She’s also a published author and a founding member of Chief, a private network designed to connect and support women in executive leadership across industries.
