Julie specializes in many forms of fitness including barre, cardio, HIIT, yoga, cycle, dance, and more. She also have an extensive background in performance, TV hosting, on-demand video content, wellness, hospitality, and brand development spanning globally. For several consecutive years Julie enjoyed a dance career with the NBA, including both the New York Knicks City Dancers and the Miami Heat Dancers. As a 3X National Collegiate Dance Champion, and several years of experience in the commercial and film industry, she have developed a passion to continually exceed expectations.
