Justin Gray is an award-winning, serial entrepreneur who has made a career of launching and scaling companies, and guiding them to successful exits of over 250MM.
Justin founded LeadMD, a performance marketing consultancy, in 2010 from his spare bedroom. Within a few years, he’d bootstrapped the company to $17MM in revenue with a team of 50+ marketing and technology experts. LeadMD executed 3,000+ engagements for mid-sized to enterprise organizations, including from the Fortune 500.
LeadMD was acquired by Shift Paradigm in 2021. There he slotted into a role near and dear to his heart, helming the GTM team where he managed sales, marketing and business development as Chief Revenue Officer. Today, living the mindset that marketing must equal growth, Justin serves as an active board member, advising the company’s C-suite leaders as they navigate the ever changing landscape where marketing and technology intersect.
Now, as Co-founder and Managing Director of In Revenue, Justin couples GTM expertise, with capital, to empower founders and their startups with what they need to scale. He coined this approach as Operator-Immersive Capital, and is on a mission to fix venture capital for the better. In 2018, Justin started an angel investing fund to make strategic investments in founders he believes in. He also came on as a Limited Partner in Stage 2 Capital, to focus on growth-stage ventures.
