Kasey is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Terminus, a leading multi-channel account-based marketing SAAS company. Over the past decade, Kasey has built a diverse legal background, including representing global and domestic companies in business disputes while at several prominent law firms. Thereafter, she transitioned to serving as fractional General Counsel for emerging startups and then full time as General Counsel for Inspirato. Her tenure in private practice and in-house for high-growth companies has given her valuable experience in many business sectors.
