Katherine Thomas (Kat) is the CEO of Bare Performance Nutrition (BPN). Kat joined BPN as an advisor at the beginning of 2022 and came on board as the company’s first Chief Revenue Officer. Kat helped drive BPN’s growth strategy through launches in Central Market and H.E.B and has laid a foundation for rapid retail expansion and omni-channel growth in 2023. She has nearly a decade of experience as a startup founder and business operator. In 2015, Kat co-founded MUSH, the Shark Tank-backed clean, plant-based refrigerated oats brand available nationwide in 10,000 retail stores including Whole Foods Market, Costco, Kroger, Target and Publix. Prior to Mush, Kat served as COO of American Health Associates, America’s largest network of senior-focused diagnostic services. She started her career at Goldman Sach as an algorithmic trader of European equities. Kat currently serves as an angel, advisor, and board member to companies including Puzzle.io, Vareto, Pave and more.
