Katelyn is the Vice President of Training and Operations at Pure Barre. She has developed thorough practices in systemizing teaching methods and developing techniques that shape the Pure Barre workout experience. In her role, Katelyn is continually excited to expand and innovate on Pure Barreās excellent standard for providing workouts that motivate and deliver amazing results to enthusiasts nationwide.
The goal is to focus on small, intense movements that push muscles to the point of fatigue. Improved flexibility, and having a full range-of-motion of your body, ensures that your joints are moving freely, which can lead to improved posture and can reduce the chance of exercise-related injury. A sculpted barre workout uses small but defined isometric movements to tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
