Kathryn is an experienced Digital Product Designer and Engineer with legal training. She leads EPAM’s LegalTech & Information Engineering practice in business consulting to innovate with clients in markets disrupted by legal, regulatory and technological change. As head of LegalTech at EPAM, pioneering a new method of consulting on and assessing AI risk and lawful remediation techniques in view of oncoming EU AI harmonization law. Kathryn helps clients avoid the risk of penalties- eg 6% of global turnover. Includes all aspects of business development and sales, plus social science aspects of measurement, evaluation and management.
