Katie has worked at the largest and most prestigious firms in the world, including Edelman, Ketchum and Havas. She is currently a Senior PR Director at Digital Strategy LTD, a crisis communications firm. She has worked specifically in crisis/risk/litigation for 9 years.

Katie’s portfolio has comprised of crisis and corporate accounts spanning all sectors and issues including major labor negotiations, litigation, higher education, consumer products, pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, and international reputation, among others. Issues have included, but were not limited to, the largest defamation and libel case ever settled; a major airline attempting to mitigate damage to their reputation after the release of a negative incident went viral on social media; litigation surrounding a major accounting firm and the financial collapse of their client; a large data breach that resulted in thousands of social security numbers being hacked; reputation recovery for one of the United States largest banks after being exposed for fraudulent accounts, and a major university facing a lawsuit regarding accusations that they did not properly follow Title IX protocols, resulting in a student suicide. Katie has also worked specifically with individuals seeking reputation management and damage control, including but not limited to celebrities, politicians, high-level executives and other public figures.
