Katie Krimitsos is the founder and CEO of the Women's Meditation Network, a family of 20 meditation podcasts dedicated to helping women and children find peace, presence, and purpose through guided meditations. Across the network, her episodes are downloaded an average of 4 million times each month, helping listeners across the world manage stress, sleep better and create intentional lives. And because of the reach of her meditations, she's recognized in the top 0.1% of all podcasts.
The creation of the Women’s Meditation Network came during a transformative time in Katie’s life. Pregnant with her second daughter, Katie felt a deep call to pause her prior business and allow space for something new. In that quiet, the vision for a meditation network emerged, giving rise to her first podcast, Meditation for Women in 2018. Her journey has been a testament to the power of slowing down and connecting within, embracing the beauty of imperfection along the way.
Katie’s meditations and reflections draw from her own experiences of hope, pain, healing, and resilience. As a wife, mom, and entrepreneur, she brings authenticity and warmth to everything she creates. Through her writing and meditations, Katie continues to inspire others on their journey of self-discovery, offering connection and compassion in our shared human experience.
Katie has been featured on NPR, NBC Tampa, Tampa Bay Times, and St. Pete Catalyst.
