Katya Eckert is the founder and CEO of A DOMANI. Inspired by her own personal experiences with postpartum night sweats and her mother's battle with breast cancer, she created the company to support women through life’s transitions with sleepwear that offers both comfort and functionality. The brand's innovative approach has earned it recognition, including the 2025 Oprah Daily Menopause O-Wards, and has been featured on CBS’ Changing the Game series.
Prior to founding A DOMANI, Katya spent 15 years in institutional finance at Macro Risk Advisors, where she held roles in marketing and business development, and passed her Series 7 and 63 exams. She also served as Head of Member Relations at Quintessentially, a luxury lifestyle group. Katya holds a BA in Art History and Communications from Rutgers University, is certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Shala in NYC. She resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her husband John and their two children, Zoe and Max.
