Keir Tutt | Source | Vice President, Fulfillment and Support at Indeed Flex

Keir is part of the executive management of the global Flex organization. He creates and drives the company's strategic direction in the UK and USA as well as other growth initiatives. He oversees global operations teams that deliver inbound and outbound service to both Indeed Flex clients and Flex employees.

He runs the development and implementation of technology for new products as well as oversees R&D to automate as many tasks as possible in the UK, USA, and the Philippines. With his 'follow the sun processing' across multiple continents, he makes sure the company supplies clients, fills all shifts, and reacts to any requests for support.

By growing multiskilled and multifunctional teams he drives efficiency to keep the organization ahead of the competition, including current processes and implementing AI solutions to provide end-to-end self-service solutions for both clients and workers.

Previous experience includes VP Global Proxy Services for Broadridge Financial Services responsible for the Global Proxy service delivery in 112 countries through technology. Keir was also the COO for TMF Group, covering governance services including accounting, payroll, corporate governance, and European VAT.
