Keith Hamlin | Source | Founding Partner at Third Prime

Prior to founding Third Prime, he worked as SVP at Pan Am Equities, a real estate firm that owns and operates multifamily, hospitality and commercial properties. Before joining Pan Am, he was the developer of a lakeside condominium project and multiple self-storage conversions. Earlier in his career, Keith was an M&A lawyer at Skadden, where he represented private equity clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing and restructuring of their portfolio companies. Keith received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
