Her professional journey evolved organically towards roles in UX design due to her empathetic problem-solving and strategic mindset that delves into the intricate relationship between consumer behaviors, perceptions, and technology interaction.

Kelly currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Qwoted, where she leads as a product and design innovator. In this role, Kelly uncovers meaningful insights that drive the evolution of the product experience. Her work focuses on aligning customer needs with intuitive design, ensuring the platform delivers exceptional value to its users.

Kelly’s impact is evident through several patents for proprietary design processes, and she is among the select few women who are MIT-certified in human-computer interaction for UX design. She is also NN/g certified in User Experience Management and is a Certified ScrumMaster.

Under Kelly’s leadership, ScreenPal underwent a transformation aimed at communicating, in a friendly and approachable manner, how ScreenPal enhances communication and education through video technology.

Before joining ScreenPal, Kelly was the Creative Director of Brand and User Experience at HealthFleet, a health technology company. In this role, she directed the company’s brand strategy and shaped SaaS applications, utilizing a holistic, user-centric design process for complex permissions-based products. Kelly’s experience also includes impactful roles at Daymon Worldwide, a global private brand marketing firm, where she focused on rebranding and marketing strategy for major retailers like Raley’s and Walmart.

Kelly’s influence extends beyond the corporate arena. She has been featured in several industry publications and serves on the board of the Design Management Institute (DMI). As a presenter and educator in her own right, Kelly speaks regularly at events such as WomenTechNetwork’s Global Conference, has hosted multiple master classes for the IxDF, and has been a guest lecturer at institutions like CalPoly’s College of Liberal Arts, Columbia University, and CUNY’s Kingsborough College.
