Kelly O’Connell is Senior Vice President of Product and Design at ActiveCampaign. She is responsible for shaping the product and pricing strategy, as well as ensuring ActiveCampaign constantly innovates and differentiates its products. Kelly joined the company in 2015 and has held leadership roles across product, sales, and customer success functions in the organization. She has spent a decade working in the marketing automation industry, educating users on best practices, and building out marketing and sales processes herself. O’Connell’s passion for growth and innovation extend beyond ActiveCampaign. She serves as a Growth Fellow with Susquehanna Growth Equity and a Founding 500 Member of Product Marketing Alliance.
