A few years ago, after years of seeing multiple facets of TIAA's business in both Denver and Chicago, Kendra took an opportunity in a leadership position to design, develop and launch their Health Savings Account (HSA) business. This current role has allowed her to build upon previous stints in program management, risk/governance, product management, sales, and client services. Each of these roles brought Kendra a broader understanding of driving business success and progressive responsibility.
