I am a licensed psychologist in New York City running my own private practice called Full Focus Therapy. As a queer therapist myself, I specialize in working with LGTBQ+ adults predominantly on anxiety and depression. I earned my doctorate at the PGSP-Stanford Consortium, a program run by the Stanford University School of Medicine. I have advanced training and experience in delivering DBT, a type of behavior therapy shown in one study to reduce symptoms of borderline personality disorder in 77% of participants.
