I run a small, midwest Digital Marketing Agency working with small and midsize businesses across the US. I’m also a Six Sigma Black Belt and use my process optimization expertise to evaluate and improve the full user experience on a client website. The methodologies of Six Sigma, which is a management philosophy, are also used to constantly review and improvement in our own business processes to ensure we provide clients with outstanding value.
