Kevin Gregory founded KGRHC as a vehicle to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry. Beginning his career as a pastry cook at a fine dining restaurant, Kevin developed a passion for the food and beverage industry. His fascination with hospitality’s ability to create small but impactful moments of joy is the driving force behind what he does and is an integral part of how he approaches the design of service experiences. From pastry, Kevin went on to work for large scale caterers, event planning businesses, and kitchen designers as well as freelancing as a graphic designer. His research into the application of Design Thinking as it applies to the hospitality industry, paired with his multi-disciplinary approach led him to enter a career in hospitality consulting with a focus on food and beverage, assisting entrepreneurs develop financially feasible businesses.
