Kim is a well-respected Engineering leader with superpowers in people, process, and execution. She is results-driven and can turn any chaos into order. Kim spent 13 years in professional services, launching countless products and building diverse teams. Most recently, she spent a year focused in the Fintech space, building data-driven API products powered by SKU-level data.
Kim has a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Kim spent 7 years at IBM building websites, mobile apps, and enterprise products. She then committed herself to the startup space where she took on various roles at Intersect (a Toronto agency), ranging from Solutions Architect to Director of Engineering. Kim spent 2 years in technical sales and eventually found her passion in people. During Kim’s 6 years at Intersect, she’s built 5 departments and helped transform the business throughout 2 acquisitions. Kim’s domain knowledge spans wide on breadth, ranging from financial services, retail, insurance, healthcare etc.
