Kim Nerud, Ph.D., dean of American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Post University, is a dedicated nursing professional with over 20 years of experience in nursing education. Since joining Post University, Nerud has played a crucial role in expanding the university's healthcare programs. Her passion for nursing education is evident in her active involvement within the American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences, where she serves not only as the chair but also as a mentor for DNP nursing candidates.
Nerud brings experienced and extensive knowledge of the CCNE and ACEN accreditation processes. She has assisted with the evaluation of program outcomes and the writing of self-studies for successful accreditation approval.
