Social media and google are both wonderful and confusing when it comes to figuring out how to eat to achieve your goals. If those goals include weight loss, the vast amount of conflicting information and advice is beyond overwhelming. As a dietitian with a masters in nutrition, and 25 years of experience in coaching clients to achieve their health and weight loss goals, I understand the dilemma for the average person. Finding the right health professional to look at you as an individual, review your labs, your lifestyle, and your goals and then take that information to build a plan that helps you reach those goals is what I do for my clients. I have the experience and proven success with thousands of clients that i have helped lose weight and get bring their health and energy to the highest level possible. I interact with my clients on a daily basis. Being flexible to pivot and make adjustments to their eating plan, encouraging goal setting, and chasing results is what I offer.

We no longer target or focus on macronutrient ranges. Instead, the Pritikin Eating Plan focuses on encouraging individuals to consume minimally processed, mostly plant-based whole foods, rich in nutrients, including carbohydrates.
