Goulde brings over 25 years of experience in executive human resources management, primarily within the senior services industry. Kirsten is passionate about training and education and oversees the Training & Development department at Oakmont Management Group. This departmentfocuses on leadership development and creating tools and resources for community talent at all levels. Since 2019, Goulde has been employed in the top human resources spot at Oakmont Management Group during a time of 300% growth of the organization. This growth has been made possible, in part, by Kirsten’s extensive experience leading acquisition teams, and her unwavering commitment to people and process.
She recently ended a three-year tenure membership on the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) Education Committee and has also been a featured speaker for Human Resources Today, chosen to share her insights on emerging trends in the field to fellow human resources executives. Since 2013, Goulde has been a speaker for Survivors Teaching Students™, an educational program through the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA), that brings ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers into the medical setting to educate future healthcare providers about ovarian cancer.
Goulde is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and holds a certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Twenty-one women working in senior living, skilled nursing or home care are being announced today as 2023 inductees into the Hall of Honor in the annual McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards program, a joint effort of McKnight’s Home Care and sister brands McKnight’s Senior Living and McKnight’s Long-Term Care News. They will be celebrated May 22 in Chicago at the McKnight’s Women of Distinction and Forum.
