Kristen founded A Nanny Match in 2015 to revolutionize the nanny/family matchmaking approach and bridge the gap between unregulated online platforms and the traditional agency structure by focusing on compatibility and providing a more heartfelt and personalized experience for parents and nannies. Her professional background includes Recruiting and Administration, and she has over 20 years of professional experience in the childcare industry. 

Kristen's early experience as a teacher and a nanny provided her with hands-on experience in early childhood education and child development and experience working with families from diverse backgrounds. At Chelsea Art Galleries, she worked in administration and displayed exceptional customer care while catering to high-profile clients. She was a professional recruiter for a college in CO before moving back to NY.  
Kristen serves as the primary point of contact for clients and top candidates and remains actively engaged throughout every placement, from start to finish. She leads with honesty, integrity, and a passion for supporting the well-being of children, families, and caregivers.
