Lauren has been a writer as long as she can remember, and is enamored by every aspect of written word, language, linguistics, and how our voices can be represented and heard. Besides writing creatively since around the age of eight, she began to strengthen her journalism skills around the age of 14, when she started as a writer for her local newspaper.
