Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. She has worked with a wide range of clients including homeless individuals, inmates, those struggling with anger management, and individuals suffering from co-occurring disorders. She is also experienced in Medication-Assisted Treatment. In 2018, she was chosen as a Litchfield County Leader under 40 for her work assisting those with mood and substance use disorders. In her previous roles as Senior Detox Clinician and Director of Acute Residential Services, Lauren was able to expand the detox and PAWs programs to assist clients in their gentle transition into residential care while focusing on the client experience. Currently, as the Director of Residential Services, her focus is to mentor and promote staff growth within detox and residential to expand the clinical skillset. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and hiking.
