Lauren has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Tennessee at. Chattanooga. She taught special education for 5 years before returning to earn her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. After teaching in an alternative school, Lauren quickly realized how so many students were unable to access an appropriate education due to the lack on mental health resources.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Lauren is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who specializes in human attachment and relationships. Lauren also has training and interest in psychedelic therapies and how they have the potential to change the future of humanity.
