Lauri is the Head of People at Pie Insurance. She joined Pie in May 2017 is responsible for recruitment, development, benefits, compensation, and coaching for Pie employees (also known as Pie-oneers). Previously, she led people teams at companies including RapidAdvance, AFP Advisors Network, and Fannie Mae. Lauri has a B.A. in Communications: PR and Journalism from the University of Maryland.
