A Licensed Psychologist in New York and Virginia, Dr. Lea A. Theodore served as Program Director for the Graduate Program in School Psychology at The College of William and Mary. Throughout her 18-year career she has provided psychoeducational services in private practice (providing individual, family and group therapy; psychological and psycho-educational assessment; school-based consultation; child advocacy; and treatment of childhood disorders), and consulted with public and private schools, hospitals, and behavioral health centers. Additionally, Dr. Theodore was hired as a consultant by the Supreme Court for the state of Virginia and General District Court of the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide diagnostic evaluations for individuals brought to Emergency Departments, presenting her findings and recommendations to a judge in a court of law.
