As Chief Digital Officer at Sedgwick, Leah holds responsibility for all client-facing technology, including platforms dedicated to claim inquiry, intake, and online claims reporting capabilities. Working with a fully remote team across 100 locations, Leah also oversees programs related to Sedgwick’s technology innovation labs.
As enthusiasm grows for apps that help injured workers navigate the workers comp claims and recovery processes, the technology is evolving past downloadable programs to include web-based platforms that can be accessed from a wider range of devices.
