Lee Thompson is co-founder of Flash Pack, an award-winning adventure travel company that brings together solo travellers in their 30s and 40s. Together with his wife, Radha Vyas, he's shaking off the tired clichés of group travel, creating a brand that offers uniquely curated local experiences, boutique accommodation and connects like-minded people. Prior to Flash Pack, Lee spent 14 years working as a photojournalist for national newspapers, covering stories from the Libyan Civil War to the fallout of the Japanese tsunami. He's also a die-hard adventurist, having travelled to over 100 countries.
