I advise clients in the utility, technology, retail, and automotive industries on all issues relating to electric vehicle (EV) growth. I focus on EV leasing, network charging infrastructure development, siting and operation, and vehicle-to-grid issues. I leverage existing knowledge of the market and developments in the EV sector to best position my clients to successfully develop their EV commitments and goals.

I also advise clients on compliance with organized wholesale market rules, participation in FERC-regulated wholesale energy and capacity markets, market design issues, and carbon offset and trading matters. I assist clients subject to regulatory investigations of physical and financial energy commodity trading, counsel those clients on lawful energy commodity trading strategies, and help them successfully navigate such investigations.
