Lewis Liebert
Lewis is the Chief Executive Officer at Custom Jet Charters. He founded Performance Flight in 2007, although he was not yet a pilot, nor did he have any experience in aviation, he had a desire to learn and had a vision to create the highest quality flight program in the world. Lewis wanted the best and safest airplanes the market could offer, which he not only accomplished, but grew his vision from a high-quality training program facility, into the best private aviation company, in the United States.

New jet charter operation at Westchester County Airport
Performance Flight, which operates a flight school and aircraft management services at Westchester County Airport, has acquired Custom Jet Charters based at the Palm Beach International Airport in Florida.

This is a growth step and it does a few things. The most important is that this is a charter operator and that is one side of the aviation business that we had not been participating in. It’s increasing our capabilities; it’s rounding us out better and very much positions us well to grow. We’ve been managing more and more jets over the years. We, without making them available for hire, are operating nine jets on behalf of individual owners.
