Alexandra (“Lexie”) Rigden has been exclusively practicing family law for nearly a decade. Lexie understands that family law clients face unique challenges emotionally and financially. Lexie handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, emergency court motions, as well as pre and post judgment applications. Every case is different, and Lexie will work to achieve the best outcome for her clients whether it involves litigation or settlement.

She has significant trial experience in family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence, child custody, alimony, equitable distribution, and child support.

Lexie has appeared as a guest legal analyst on Fox 29 in Philadelphia, Court TV, Law & Crime Network, and Fox News. She has also appeared on CBS3 in Philadelphia and KYW News Radio.

Lexie is involved with family law on a statewide basis as an associate editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, the State Bar’s family law publication. She has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants on family law.

Prior to practicing family law, Lexie was a law clerk for the Honorable M. Patricia Richmond, J.S.C. in Burlington County.

Lexie is a South Jersey native who loves spending time with her friends and family, watching documentaries, and traveling.
