Lindsay is the Founder and CEO of The Hunger Diaries and Cake Too Fitness, although she is self-described as a “professional eater and content creator”.
After years of being a food blogger and fitness enthusiast, Lindsay can confidently say that her number one FAQ is, “How do you eat the way you do and stay in shape?”
Lindsay hasn't always had a great relationship with food, from crash diets and crazy cleanses, she tried everything to get in shape and it left her with a lot of uncertainty and confusion when it came to food. Lindsay found CrossFit and her fitness journey changed – she realized fitness could be fun and she didn’t need to spend hours in the gym for little reward. All while learning that the food she loved could actually be used as a tool to help her reach her goals, and that’s when everything changed.
Lindsay created CakeToo to help her community regularly enjoy the foods they love, skip the crazy diets (and avoid the cross-training price tag) all while learning about the food you eat and how it impacts your body, mind, and performance in the gym. Lindsay reached her fitness goals and got into the best shape of her life by prioritizing a healthy relationship with food and creating a fitness routine that left her actually wanting to work out every day.
