Logan Marsh is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Calendly, where he’s responsible for the company’s recruitment operations, analytics, and hiring tools and systems.
Prior to Calendly, Logan was the Senior Director of Technology Recruiting at Okta, where he led recruitment efforts for the company’s engineering, product, security, and IT divisions and supported the global expansion of their India and Poland offices. Before that, he was the Global Recruiting Leader at DocuSign, where he scaled the recruitment team to double company headcount and reduced the time to hire for technical roles by 15 days. Logan also served as the Head of Global Technology Recruiting at Stripe and held various talent acquisition leadership roles at Amazon and Microsoft.
Logan currently serves as an advisor to PeopleTech Talent and Syelo, recruitment leadership communities focused on delivering innovation within high-growth companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Washington University.
