Louie is the Chief Nuclear Officer for PCL Construction. Under Louie’s guidance, PCL has become a nuclear-skilled trades group, earning certifications to perform nuclear work in Canada and the USA and recently selected as constructor for the Chalk River project in Ontario hosting the USNC reactor design. He holds the Professional Engineer designation with an MBA and is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in nuclear power.
