Luan Jenifer
Luan Jenifer, President, joined Miller/Howard Investments in 2002. She manages our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities including screening and research, company engagements, shareholder
advocacy, and proxy voting. In her prior role as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Jenifer oversaw the firm’s operations, trading, technology, and performance analytics departments. Ms. Jenifer served for many years as Director of Operations and Shareholder Advocacy, responsible for operations, trading, and ESG activities. She continues to work closely with investors, companies, and colleagues through Miller/Howard’s shareholder advocacy program. Ms. Jenifer is involved in volunteer work for several community organizations in the Woodstock area. She holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Marist College.
