Luba Yudasina | Source | Founder and CEO at Paloma

Luba Yudasina is the CEO and Founder of Paloma, an a16z and Endeavor Ventures (WME) backed “no-app” dating platform, that helps relationship-ready singles connect and improve the dating process. The concept for Paloma was born from Luba’s perspectives and experiences with dating, and inspired by her desire to bring people together through in-person interactions.

Before Paloma, Luba spent 4.5 years at Airbnb as a Software Engineer and Product Manager, leading initiatives across fraud, host tooling, government regulation and neighborhood policies. While at Airbnb, Luba was also pursuing a passion project and became one of the first tech YouTube creators sharing insights about tech and life in Silicon Valley on her channel Life of Luba (102K subscribers), with the goal of helping inspire others to break into tech.

Luba holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and in her spare time she’s an avid opera singer, hosting concerts and performing at private events.
