Marine Veteran-turned-sommelier Luke Wilmoth was raised in the heart of the West Coast’s wine country, Napa Valley. As the Beverage Manager for Urban Kitchen Group’s OC-based CUCINA enoteca in Newport Beach and Irvine, Luke oversees the restaurant’s expansive wine menus and on-premises retail wine shops, praised as one SoCal’s premier restaurant wine programs. A certified sommelier and cicerone for a combined 15 years, Luke’s hospitality industry experience prior to joining CUCINA enoteca in 2016 includes bar management positions in Las Vegas (former Due Forni and Ember Grill and Spirits) and The Ritz Prime Seafood in Newport Beach, and Los Angeles’ Grill Concepts hospitality group.
