Lulu Ge is the founder and CEO of Elix, the first digital platform to personalize Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) using clinical research and technology to support hormonal health. After struggling with debilitating menstrual symptoms—including bleeding through her wedding dress—Lulu turned to her cultural roots and a renowned TCM doctor in China, where she found real, lasting relief.

Determined to help others, Lulu launched Elix in 2020, blending 5,000 years of healing wisdom with modern science. The brand has since helped over 100,000 women manage symptoms related to cycles, PMS, perimenopause, and PCOS with clinically-backed, personalized herbal formulas.

Lulu holds a deep belief that healing begins with listening to your body, and she’s on a mission to empower women with natural, effective, and stigma-free solutions for their hormonal health. Under her leadership, Elix has funded clinical research on primary dysmenorrhea and PCOS, two of the most underfunded and misunderstood women’s health issues.

A passionate advocate for integrative medicine, culturally-rooted wellness, and health equity, Lulu is a sought-after voice in women’s health and has been featured in publications like Forbes, Vogue, Well+Good, and Marie Claire.
