Bio
Edit

I bring nearly two decades of experience in B2B and B2C marketing across healthcare, technology, AI, and SaaS. My journey began at the University of Arizona, where I pursued my education while playing water polo, was a member and held office in the Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and participated in philanthropic organizations, including fundraising for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. These experiences laid the foundation for my passion for teamwork, leadership, and giving back.

My career started at a pharmaceutical startup, where I wore many hats, from managing FDA submissions to developing pre- and post-launch brand strategies. From there, I transitioned to a global healthcare advertising agency, leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels for various therapy areas.

I’ve also had the privilege of consulting for industry leaders like Gap, eBay, and McKesson. These roles allowed me to drive projects in strategic marketing operations, rebranding campaigns, and technology stack design. At McKesson, I integrated digital marketing across business pillars and led transformative company-wide initiatives. At Biocodex and Gilead Sciences, I built high-performing teams, launched omnichannel strategies, and implemented cutting-edge marketing technologies.

Focused on AI, Technology, and Healthcare
Recently, I’ve partnered with early-stage AI companies as a Fractional CMO and Chief Commercial Officer, helping founders and CEOs navigate launch planning, brand development, and go-to-market strategies. I specialize in shaping commercial strategies, building teams, and crafting compelling brand narratives that drive growth and attract investors.

Giving Back and Family
Today, I live in San Francisco with my husband and three kids, where I enjoy staying active in the local community. I am proud to serve on the board of SF CASA, supporting foster youth, and I remain committed to making a positive impact wherever I can.

  • I believe hiring managers should always consider consultants and individuals engaged in philanthropic endeavors, as it enriches team diversity and enhances their ability to contribute beyond their designated roles.

  • The greatest advantage of Fractional leadership lies in its specialized expertise, strategic insights, and leadership, all without the traditional overhead.

  • Early-stage startups should prioritize Fractional CMOs because they offer a holistic perspective and can significantly contribute to founders in establishing their companies, ideally as part of the founding team.
