Mahmoud is a research analyst for Info-Tech Research Group’s Infrastructure & Operations practice team. He has over 10 years of research experience in different fields, and specializes in writing engaging research applicable to real-world IT.
His current research focuses on service desk, professional services automation, and IT service management. Mahmoud holds a PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University. He is also a previous Medical Innovation Fellow at Earl Bakken Medical Devices Center of the University of Minnesota and Western University. He has published multiple research articles in peer-reviewed journals.
