Manami Yamamoto, LMFT, is the Founder and Director of Blue Humming Therapy and the Mental Health Environmental Change Project. A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist, she immigrated to the U.S. from Japan at age 19 and now specializes in providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation to diverse clients and communities, such as minorities and underserved populations, focusing on breaking down the stigma around mental health.
