Margaret M. Hopkins is a Professor of Management. Her research interests and publications are in the areas of leadership, women in leadership, leadership development, executive coaching, and emotional intelligence. She is accredited in the Emotional Competence Inventory. Prior to joining the UT faculty, she worked in management positions in the public and private sectors. She also served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Education for the Cleveland Municipal School District.
