Mark Shepardson is the Chief Technology Officer of Parry Labs, where he spearheads the corporation’s technology roadmap, oversees research and development, establishes a culture of continuous innovation, and empowers a team of chief architects designing software-defined, hardware-enabled, modern cloud computing technologies.
As a leader in architectural development and software/firmware initiatives, Shepardson’s initiatives have been deployed in edge environments across air, land, sea, and space enabling critical missions using advanced, emerging technologies. Prior to joining Parry Labs, Shepardson was Director of Capture Strategy for Intelligence at Palantir and spent much of his career at Northrop Grumman where he held several positions including Mission Systems Chief Software Architect, Director of Mission Architectures for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Senior Director of Agile/DevSecOps Enterprise Strategy. He has an extensive background in disruptive software and computing architectures, digital transformation, and understanding the challenges facing the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
Shepardson holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
