Martha provides strategic advice to help companies maximize their most important asset -- their employees. She advises management in handling day-to-day human resources challenges including training supervisors in legal compliance and management best practices, drafting and revising company policies and handbooks, and providing advice and assessments of an employer's physical security profile as informed by employment laws. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Martha also conducts investigations into a range of employment issues, from employee fraud to sexual harassment.
