Boss joined TD Bank in 2017 from Melbourne-based Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), where he served as the Managing Director of Products and Marketing. In this role, he led the product function for the retail and commercial banks, and was a member of the bank's Executive Leadership and Strategic Delivery teams. He also had responsibility for digital channels and assets, end-to-end marketing, data, and analytics. Prior to ANZ, Boss spent 12 years at Bank of America, leading teams in North Carolina, U.S. and Chester, England in roles of increasing responsibility across product, marketing, credit cards, and strategy. Boss holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Massachusetts. He is dually based in Wilmington, DE and at TD's U.S. headquarters in Cherry Hill, NJ.
